You may cancel your account and give up access to your course no questions asked for a full refund within the first 36 hours of purchase of one of our ProAdvisor Certification Courses.

Within the first 10 days, we will refund any unused portion of the course.

To cancel your account and receive your refund, email us at support@fastandeasyqbo.com. Please remember it may take up to ten business days or two weeks for refunds to go back to the credit card on file.

QBO Gym subscriptions are non-refundable, however you are welcome to cancel your membership  subscription or your Re-Certification subscriptions at any time at the Customer Hub here: https://fastandeasyqbo.samcart.com/customer_hub/login

Fast & Easy QBO provides discount coupons to leaders of large groups of accounting professionals, including Facebook groups, YouTube subscribers, Online course participants, etc. If you are a member of such a group, please contact your group leader for the coupon code. We cannot provide you with the code.

If you forget to apply a coupon code, please contact us within 24 hours.

Once a coupon code has been applied, it cannot be changed.
